Pandemic/Epidemic/Public Health Emergency Templates Added

A set of new and updated document templates for dealing with a generalised or localised public health emergency, pandemic or epidemic, as well as the management and control of a business or charity following an incident, event or emergency. 

The experience of the COVID pandemic has heightened awareness amongst businesses and charities as to the real possibility of emergency events occurring outside their control and the need to plan accordingly. Considering this the following content has been updated and added to: 

• share and asset purchase templates with relevant warranties for a pandemic, epidemic or public health emergency; 
• board minutes relating to the approval of business continuity planning for a company or charity following an incident, event or emergency, and
• charity return to work forms following a public health emergency.

In addition, as many administrative processes developed during the COVID-19 pandemic are now entrenched as standard company practice, the general meeting templates have also been updated to reflect the desire of many companies and shareholders to have the option to attend meetings virtually as well as in person.
