Suitable and sufficient Facilities for Changing Clothes must be provided for workers to change clothing in the workplace where:

- they have to wear special work clothing;
- they cannot, for reasons of health or propriety, be expected to change in another room.

Where necessary for reasons of propriety, there must be either:

- separate changing facilities for men and women; or
- separate use of the facilities by men and women.
