Purpose of this Form

This form helps the Landlord or Letting Agent collect information needed to check whether a tenant is suitable for the proposed tenancy. 

What does the Form include?

The form is divided into clear sections covering:

• Tenancy details - the information about the property and proposed tenancy;
• Tenant details - the name, current address, contact information, and proof of ID (needed for the "right to rent" checks required by the Immigration Act 2014); 
• Income and employment details;
• Financial information - bank and building society details and any other relevant financial information; 
• Guarantor/ Personal Reference details if the Landlord has concerns about the Tenants financial position;
• Other information relevant to the application;

The form contains a declaration to be signed by the tenant confirming that the information given is accurate, also confirming their consent and authorising the Landlord/Agent to undertake the necessary credit and reference checks.
